A market only becomes redeemable once its result is written on-chain (the ConditionalTokens "payout"). If predict.fun's app shows the market as resolved but that on-chain payout is still empty, the Redeem button fails with "result not received yet." Usually the result posts within a minute or two; if it's been longer, the result is genuinely stuck and only predict.fun can push it — this tool tells you which case you're in and gives you the exact IDs to include in a ticket.
And if you can claim but the site's button won't work, your winnings are still yours: redeeming is an on-chain action you sign from your own wallet. This tool shows the exact parameters.
